What happens when you try to login, does any message pop-up?
Check the window at the bottom and see what that says.
Let me know. Thanks.

69  TekniWAP Support / Ideas & Suggestions / is the even possible? on: February 10, 2004, 04:22:32 pm
Unfortunately Nextel does not allow anyone else to transfer ringtones/java apps etc over the air.
Many people have tried getting around it without success.
Even I tried, I got pretty far but the phone does not accept it.

16 Reasons Why Alcohol Should Be Served At Work

1. It's an incentive to show up.
2. It leads to more honest communications.
3. It reduces complaints about low pay.
4. Employees tell management what they think, not what they want to hear.
5. It encourages car pooling.
6. Increase job satisfaction because if you have a bad job, you don't care.
7. It eliminates vacations because people would rather come to work.
8. It makes fellow employees look better.
9. It makes the cafeteria food taste better.
10. Bosses are more likely to hand out raises when they are wasted.
11.Salary negotiations are a lot more profitable.
12. Employees work later since there's no longer a need to relax at the bar.
13. It makes everyone more open with their ideas.
14. Eliminates the need for employees to get drunk on their lunch break.
15. Employees no longer need coffee to sober up.
16. Sitting "Bare -ss" on the copy machine will no longer be seen as gross.

72  TekniWAP Support / Support / Question about using TekniWAP without a Nextel Web Service.. on: February 03, 2004, 07:20:05 pm
The only way your going to get charged is either:
  • If you signed up for one of Nextel's online packages (like Basic NOL)

or

  • You purchase the TekniWAP Premium Membership from my site here.[/list:u]

TekniWAP won't secretly charge you ever.

What this program does is download your text messages if you have Nextel's 2 Way Messaging.

It makes it easier to read and reply to mesages then reading/typing them on your phone.

Look at the screenshot: http://support.teknidude.com/viewtopic.php?t=8
74  Other Projects & Programs / NextelMsging / Download NextelMsging here on: February 03, 2004, 04:01:44 pm
Updated to 1.0.37

I created an installer for this program.  It now fully installs into "Program Files" or wherever you specify.
It also checks to see if you need to install any DLL's or OCX's and upgrades/installs them if needed.

Check it out!

Download this file: http://www.teknidude.com/vb/msinet.ocx

And save it into the folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\

Once you do that open up the Run dialog (Hit Start -> Run)
Enter in:  regsvr32 msinet.ocx    and click OK

That should do the trick. Very Happy
