Over the weekend, I began having issues with my Text Messaging feature. After selecting the number from the list, or entering a new number to send a TM to, I get a screen that says "Your Mobile Number is:
(XXX) XXX-XXXX (X's contain my actual Nextel #). There is only one selection that I can press, which is OK. When I press OK, nothing happens. I tried resending a new alert hoping that would solve the problem, but the new alert is doing the same thibg...any ideas? Also I have restarted the phone and made sure no java apps were running.
I really like my free text messages and want them to work again.
Please HELP.

Yeah I have been working on the text pager page the past couple of days so that it works correctly with the i860.
Go back to the screen with your mobile number in it and delete everything that is there and re-type it in.
The format that it should be in is
XXX-XXX-XXXX and not
(XXX) XXX-XXXXIf that still doesnt work please let me know and I will make some more changes.
