i have the nextel data account...the i30 and the data cable with usb connector....running winxp...what do i need...my computer is not recognizing or connecting to my unit...Thanks!

Make sure when you plug the phone is that the computer recognizes it as a USB modem.  If not, you have to install it as a USB modem in the device manager!
