The question I have is if I will get charged (third-party) usage for using TekniWAP due to the fact that I have IP enabled, but no NOL service?

The only way your going to get charged is either:
  • If you signed up for one of Nextel's online packages (like Basic NOL)

or

  • You purchase the TekniWAP Premium Membership from my site here.[/list:u]

    TekniWAP won't secretly charge you ever.
