i installed webjal got past the user id and p@$$ code. i was able to check the box in preferences that said connect via usb connection. but after that when i press connect to phone it said "the application was unable to read the required information. please check your cable connection and your preferences". i tried reading from harrythompson.com but i dont understand alot of parts and i dont know if its talking about my problem. one thing i did do is go to driver singing options and checked the ignore, install the software anyway box. i am so stressed out. someone please help.

does your computer detect that it now has a new USB device namely the Nextel phone attached since if windows hardware does not detect it then the software does not know how to talk to it.

sometimes if you have the phone connected and power cycle the phone it will signal the computer for communications request

Please help me, I am trying to use webjal and it is telling me that I must log in to do anything. I followed the instructions that say to leave the user name and p@$$word blank and hot ok and it doesn't work. I hit connect to phone and it says I must log in to connect to phone. Please help me!!

you have to make sure that you have done all the steps before hand to pretend the webjal server
