sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it, these are the steps I need to take to text message using "Text Pager"....

(I'm in the Text Pager program):

Step 1: Number to Page: XXX-XXX-XXXX type "OK"

Step 2: Your Number: XXX-XXX-XXXX  type "OK"

Step 3: Choose carrier or provider: Choose "2" Nextel, that's the phone was expirementing on

"Sending", then "Error: you have entered an invalid e-mail address"

press "OK" button twice

Step 4: then it says enter "Your e-mail address": blahblah@blah.com

Step 5: the type "The Message": blah, blah blah...then press "OK"

then receive the you are not premium member thing....then the "Send" button appears

Finally the message goes through....

is there anyway that I can send message directly from my phone number (at Step 2 iit doesn't allow me to enter the ###-###-####@message.nextel.com or will I have to provide an e-mail address for every text message??

As of now, you have to enter an email address. I posted here a little bit ago, and also on another forum, to Jason asking about it. I would like to have my number show up on the receiving phone instead of my email addy. I am not sure if it is possibe for him to do though. I guess whatch this page: http://support.teknidude.com/index.php?topic=195.0 and see what he says.
