Wwinamp Controller is not working well the installation is says "can not download VB runtime files from server."

I have a couple of question about tekniwap. 1) Are all the website in tekniwap free. 2) Is all the M@$$enger provided in tekniwap free (like AIM, Yahoo etc) i mean like they nextel will not charge me for logging in or send and receiving msgs. 3) are all wap websites free as long as i dont agree to pay? Please if you are going to answer one of my question know them not i think. all help tanx in advance
