1  TekniWAP Support / Support / T-Mobile & Text Messages on: April 01, 2006, 06:26:38 pm
For some reason, I can't seem to get my text messages from Techniwap to go through to T-mobile phones.  I have a couple of friends that I can't seem to get messages to because of this.
Any clue to a fix?
Anyone?

Thnx
2  TekniWAP Support / Support / Re: i836 ringtones, plese help im gonna go nuts on: May 28, 2005, 01:07:26 am
I just had a tough battle programming an i836 for a buddy of mine.  It seems to be REAL tempermental.  Try cleaning the connectors with a q-tip and some alcohol.  I found that the connection was a bear on that phone for some reason.

I sucessfully download MIDI files to it as well as Wave files (Microsoft waves, PCM uncompressed 8,000 haz, 8 bit mono) with no problems, AFTER I cleaned up the connector.

3  TekniWAP Support / Support / AOL Mail WAP site? on: May 08, 2005, 08:39:07 pm
Can someone tell me the direct WAP link to get to my AOL mail?
I know I can get to it via TekniWap>Websites>ISP>AOL>Mail
But I'm looking for a direct link that I can put in my custom links off of Tekniwap.  I've tried several ones, each of them send me to an AOLMobile portal that doesn't give me a check mail option.
So, does anyone have the direct WAP site?

I had the same problem today, my netalert for Tekniwap just disappeared even though I had it locked.  I just picked up a replacement phone yesterday, so I figured it was something I did.  I went to Teknidude.com, logged in and sent myself another alert.  It took about 4 hours for the alert to make it to my phone.

If your a subscriber to Tekniwap, your Sub-ID can be found in your "Members Section".  Log into Teknidude.com with your user ID and p@$$word, then go to "Edit Account" and there you will find your Sub-ID as you entered it.  Then you can send yourself another netalert.  Of course if your not a premium user, then I don't know what you'll need to do.

On another note - Does the fact that my Webjal doesn't allow me to log in to the server have anything to do with our Tekniwap that disappeared as well?  My Webjal was working fine this afternoon and about the time I lost my netalert, I also wasn't able to log into Webjal anymore.

Hope this helps, any clues about the Webjal?
