Thanks, I did and it does.
Some more domestic carriers you might eventually add are Alltel<@alltel.com> USCellular<@email.uscc.net> or <@uscc.textmsg.com> metroPCS<@mymetropcs.com> and Weblink Wireless (interactive pagers)<@airmessage.net>

OK, I'll have to look into this... I'm not sure of why that would happen.
 Think
* What operating system are you on?
-Jason

Windows 2000
I probably scrod something up during the unzipping process.  I am not experienced with WinZip.  I guess sending zipped files speeds transfers up & reduces the bandwidth requirement.

I am talking about the desktop program.  The contacts I add only stay there untill I close and re-open the program.  It doesn't store them between uses. Question

Thanks, TD.

I deleted GotAim, but saved the icon (LOVE that aim-$ guy).

Could not find the TextPager .ini file
When I click on your icon with the really small black writting, I get a colorful TextPager 0.13 v13.30 splashscrean, then a popup "Message From Server" list of revisions, then the program, but with no contact list.  I admit that I can't retrace my footsteps; I can "sort of" use WinZip, but have yet to really master it.

Someone from the state of Florida must have seen my  https://www2.hsmv.state.fl.us/dlstatus.html
post and not liked it.
The site still works from my PC, but not from my Nextel WAP brouser.

Textpager is a nice program.  How come when I close it and then open it, all the contacts I had created are gone?
Haven't gotten GotAIM to work.  Keep getting
Run-time error '429':
Active X component can't create object

OK the correct URL is:
http://uphpgen.adc.nexteldata.net/jsp/whatsnew_menu.wml
It was only missing the .wml at the end.
-Jason

Right you are, and of course it worked.
Guess I failed to scroll down at the end.

Continueing this thread, Teknidude's answer above might answer this one, too.  Here goes:
The URL for "Whats New" is http://uphpgen.adc.nexteldata.net/jsp/whatsnew_menu.
Don't click on it here; nothing will happen.
But, if I create a new bookmark and manually enter that URL, I get a long error message.  When I look at the URL of the error message, it shows error:neterr/g
I know d**n well I did not enter error:neterr/g for the URL, but there it is, in dark green and light green.
The educateder I get, the confuseder I also get.

I should have also mentioned that my OpenWave browser will not let me mark the "write new" page, either. Sad

I ran this up the flagpole at both HoFo and ii and didn't get a single responce, so here goes...

I went to "My View" to change the layout of my text messaging folder. In stead of the main Text Messaging folder dividing into
1. Send Message
2. Read Messages
3. Preferences
and each of them dividing further, I wanted to have it go straight to what's inside those folders and show this:
1. Send New Address
2. Send Sent Address
3. Send My Addresses
4. Message Inbox
5. Saved Messages
6. Subscriber Name
7. My Replies
8. My Messages
9. Message Confirm
0. My Destination
Everything went fine. I got all the URLs from menu\advanced\Show URL untill one issue came up.
The addresses for the Send Message folder (original layout) and the New Address page (new layout) are the same.
http://phnmsg.nextel.com/cgi/n.dll?c=39
Don't click on it, you can only get there from a Nextel phone.
If I enter that address manually, I go to the Send Message folder. I can then click on Sent Addresses or My Addresses and go there and they each have their own addresses. If I click on New Address, the browser goes there fine, but the address is the same. How can two pages have the same address?
How can I type in a URL to get directly to the New Address page without having to go through a Send Message folder, which I am trying to delete.
My purpose for doing this is because requesting pages and waitting for them to get to your phone is a slow process and the fewer requests you make, the sooner you can finish.

Thanks for the nice list, MrKyoo.  It will take me a long time to check many of those out.  Let me add everybody's favorite to it (if you read ii...LOL) http://www.phonerotica.com/wap but more seriously, if you drive in the sunshine state https://www2.hsmv.state.fl.us/dlstatus.html to check the status of any Florida Driver License.
