every time i try to do this net alert thing, it says BAD invalid subscriber-ID...i have the basic NOL and currently have access to the network on my phone...I entered the sub-id exactly as it appears on the phone and exactly the way it says to do it on the site..plz help

PM me your subid. Make sure you are typing it in EXACTLY digit for digit.

I have two phones which are working great b/c of your program. My brother however has a I-90 phone and he gave me his sub id but I get BAD SUBID with his. I need help. I entered everything in EXACTLY. I don't know how to PM you. Please help!

I'm good now! Thanks anyway! But I must say one thing about this support site. It takes forever to get a response. Wow, snails move faster. :D! I'll check in from time to time to help others though. Lets go Mets!
