I sent the alert twice to my phone and haven't received either of them. I do have text messaging and a data package on my phone so I'm not sure why it isn't coming through.. Any help would be appreciated!

have you tried accessing the netalert page from you phone directly and asking it to send from the phone since if the sub-ID is not exact then it will not send to you, also if they unprovision and reprovision your phone your sub-id changes.
