Hello, I appreciated what you do for us.
Now I have question for you:
Why can’t I go too any web, like www.sms.mts.ru to send sms to Russian cell phone?
Or send SMS to they phone directly?

I believe the site you are trying to laod on your phone may not be a WAP site.
