Title: Just donated...problem

I recieved a net alert earlier today and it worked fine. Then I donated to unlock the other features, before I did that I deleted that first net alert. The thing is now i'm trying to send out another net alert and it never comes through on the phone. I've double checked the id and power cycled the phone a few times. Anyone know what is going on?
